Searching The MLS.
The MLS (multiple listing service) is a great way to search for properties! It is up to date, covers the entire New England area and best of all... we can help you with any property you find and have interest in.
First, we would like to help you understand how the system works, and then you can click the "Search MLS" link below to start finding the perfect property for you.
1) Click the link below. A new NNEREN window will pop up.
2) Click on one of the blue tabs at the top for "Residential thru to Mobile Homes"
3) On your left you will see a list of towns... pick a town such as "SUNAPEE, NH" and then click a price range (to see all offerings, put in something like $3,000,000).
4) Now click the "Search Listings" gray button.
5) You will now see the results of your search. Click the "view" link to find out more.
6) If you find a property you would like to see or get more information on, email me the MLS Listing number or call me at (603) 763-2500. That's all there is too it!
